Ohio Admin. Code 901:1-25-04 - Notification of changes required

In addition to all other information required by the act and these rules, the The owner of a recorded livestock brand shall immediately give written notice to the director of agriculture upon the occurance occurrence of any of the following:

(A) Change in ownership of a recorded brand;

(B) Change in name under which a brand is recorded; and

(C) Change in address of the owner of a recorded brand.
