Ohio Admin. Code 901:10-6-05 - Fact sheets

(A) A fact sheet shall will be prepared prior to the issuance of a draft NPDES permit to install, draft permit to operate and draft permit to operate renewal and NPDES draft permit modifications modification. The fact sheet shall include such information as may be required by federal Ohio statute or rule and may also include such additional information as the department deems desirable.

(B) The department shall will maintain a mailing list of persons or groups requesting fact sheets and of persons or organizations who have expressed an interest in or may, by the nature of their purposes, their activities or their members, be affected by or have an interest in obtaining fact sheets for any of the following:

(1) Any specified NPDES permits issued under section 903.08 903.02, 903.03 or 903.082 of the Revised Code;

(2) Any antidegradation reviews associated with NPDES permits; and

(3)(2) Any specified proceedings action taken by the director relating to applications for the specified NPDES draft permits to install, draft permits to operate and draft permit to operate renewals or draft permit modificationsor any antidegradation reviews or additional copies of fact sheets prepared, or other information desired.

(C) All public notices required or authorized for actions taken by the director on NPDES draft permits to install, draft permits to operate and draft permit to operate renewals or NPDES draft permit modifications shall will be electronically mailed to all persons subscribed on the mailing list of subscribers maintained for the issuance of NPDES permits by the department.
