Ohio Admin. Code 901:11-2-34 - Starter room

Starter rooms or areas shall be properly equipped and maintained for the propagation and handling of starter cultures. All necessary precautions shall be taken to prevent contamination of the starter cultures, room, equipment, and air therein within the starter room.
