Ohio Admin. Code 901:11-2-40 - Insect and rodent control program

In addition to any commercial pest control service, a designated employee shall be made responsible for the performance of a regularly scheduled insect and rodent control program. Poisonous substances, insecticides, and rodenticides shall be properly labeled, and shall be handled, stored, and used in such a manner that will not create a health hazard.
