Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1966-3
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the State Board of Pharmacy (59 O.S. 353.3), be placed under the merit system of personnel administration as prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O.S. Supp. 1961 Sections 801-839 inclusive), and the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder by the Oklahoma State Personel Board.
It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: One Executive Secretary and One Private Secretary.
