Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1966-6A
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Teacher's Retirement System of Oklahoma be placed under the merit system of personnel administration as prescribed by the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act, (74 O.S. Supp. 1961, Sections 801-839 inclusive), and the Rules and Regulations promulgated thereunder by the State Personnel Board.
It is further ordered that the following personnel be exempt from this order: The Executive Secretary, the Assistant Executive Secretary, One Private Secretary, Members of the Medical Board, and an Actuary.
