Okla. Admin. Code § 1:1986-32
By virtue of the authority vested in me by law, it is hereby ordered that the Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors be placed under the Merit System of Personnel Administration prescribed by the Oklahoma Personnel Act ( Section 840.1 et seq., of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes) and the rules promulgated thereunder.
The effective date of this order is October 1,1986.
