Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2018-19
I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, hereby direct the appropriate steps be taken to fly all American and Oklahoma flags on State property, and upon all public buildings and grounds in Oklahoma, at half-staff, until sunset July 3, 2018, as a mark of respect for the victims at the Capital Gazette newspaper in Annapolis, Maryland. Americans across the country are united in calling upon God to be with the victims and to bring comfort and healing to their families.
This Executive Order shall be forwarded to the Division of Capital Assets Management, who shall cause the provisions of this order to be implemented by all appropriate agencies of state government.
