Okla. Admin. Code § 150:65-5-6 - Transmittal of information

The Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall notify the Oklahoma Tax Commission of each approved former military facility development project incentive offer. The Department shall provide the Commission with a copy of each approved incentive offer, project profile and the results of the cost-benefit analysis.
