Okla. Admin. Code § 158:40-7-6 - Refinery electrical license
(a) Applicants for a refinery electrical
journeyman examination must:
(1) be eighteen
(18) years of age or older;
(2)
successfully pass the unlimited refinery electrical journeyman exam;
and
(3) have a verifiable license
in the unlimited electrical classification issued by a jurisdiction outside of
the State of Oklahoma. The license must be:
(A) current, and
(B) in good standing.
(b) Refinery electrical license
holders may perform electrical work only in refinery facilities. For purposes
of this section, refinery facilities shall mean any facility designed and
operated to receive, unload, store, process and refine raw crude oil.
