Okla. Admin. Code § 165:30-23-5 - Motor license agent conduct

(a) All transactions must be paid by the registrant at the time of processing. A motor license agent shall not process any transaction or release any item on credit before the taxpayer pays the tax and/or fee owed.

(b) A motor license agent shall not engage in any activity that will result in an actual or perceived conflict of interest.

(c) A MLA granted permission to process IRP applications shall service all IRP customers who desire the service. Commission permission given to a MLA to process IRP applications may be rescinded in the event a MLA refuses to process certain IRP applications or violates any provision of this sub-chapter.
