Okla. Admin. Code § 260:135-1-12 - Withdrawal of hearing request or dismissal of hearings
A request to withdraw from or cancel a scheduled hearing must be submitted in writing on a form prescribed by Service Oklahoma. A request for withdrawal of a scheduled hearing must be received by Service Oklahoma no later than 12:00 pm two (2) business days prior to the scheduled hearing. If the request is not timely received, Service Oklahoma may proceed with the hearing and take action based on the evidence.
