Okla. Admin. Code § 260:75-1-11 - Vehicle marking
Unless a vehicle is otherwise authorized to be unmarked and tagged with a license plate which does not identify it as a state-owned vehicle, vehicles owned or leased by a state agency shall be clearly marked in accordance with applicable state law and Department policy.
