Okla. Admin. Code § 310:210-11-15 - Out of state class hours not transferred
No out-of-state student hours are accepted for transfer to a barber school or college in this state or to meet the examination prerequisite. No student shall receive credit for any time spent in any school or college prior to the licensing thereof by the Department.
