The purpose of this Chapter is to provide detailed rules
which govern the delivery of health care services provided by Contracted
Entities or dental benefits managers as required by the "Ensuring Access to
Medicaid Act", Title 56 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Sections 4002-4004 and 42
Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.), Part 438 . The Oklahoma Health Care
Authority may also develop manuals and medical guidelines that formalize terms,
conditions, and applicable policy of awarded contracts.
