Okla. Admin. Code § 317:55-5-24 - Hospital readmission damages

The OHCA will establish a hospital readmission damage program to reduce potentially preventable readmissions. The program will use a nationally recognized tool to establish a base measurement year and a performance year and will provide for risk-adjustment based on the population of the state Medicaid program covered by the CEs. The program will be fully described in the Contract so that the program will be founded on contractcurrent tools, populations, and other factors.
