Okla. Admin. Code § 325:70-1-8 - Grounds for protest
A protest may be made upon the following grounds:
(2) That the order of finish as officially
determined by the Stewards was incorrect due to oversight or errors in the
numbers designated to the horses which started in the race.
(3) That a Jockey, Trainer or Owner of a
horse which started in the race was ineligible to participate in racing as
provided in this Title.
(4) That
the weight carried by a horse was improper by reason of fraud or willful
misconduct.
(5) That an unfair
advantage was gained in violation of a Commission rule of racing.
