Okla. Admin. Code § 370:10-1-1 - Premium Adjustment Plan
The Board of Managers of the State Insurance Fund hereby adopts and incorporates by reference "Oklahoma Contracting Classification Premium Adjustment Program" adopted by the Board of Managers of the State Insurance Fund on May 21, 1996. Copies of the premium adjustment program are available to the public at the State Board for Property and Casualty Rates at the offices of the Insurance Commissioner during regular business hours.
