Hearings on complaints before the Council on Judicial Complaints shall not be conducted pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, Article II.

On 7-29-98, an emergency rule called "Complaints" was added at this number (376:10-1-2). The emergency rule was later superseded by a permanent rule numbered as 376:10-1-3, effective 6-25-99.
