Okla. Admin. Code § 377:10-3-5 - Placement risk assessment
(a)
The placement risk assessment, which is included in the JOLTS Placement
Worksheet, is comprised of seven components which are scored to assist in
determining the level of risk a juvenile poses to both the public and himself
or herself.
(b) Items included in
the placement risk assessment are the:
(1)
most recent offense upon the juvenile's commitment, recommitment, revocation,
or administrative transfer;
(2)
most serious prior offense;
(3)
number of offenses the juvenile has committed in the past three
years;
(4) age of the juvenile when
he or she first committed a felony for which there was an official finding of
fact;
(5) number of times the
juvenile was previously placed out of the home above the foster care level by
OJA or a juvenile bureau;
(6)
substance abuse by the juvenile; and
(7) juvenile's school attendance at the time
of commission of the most recent offense or at the time of the request for a
change of parole setting or change of placement.
