Okla. Admin. Code § 385:15-1-14 - Seismograph permits
(a) The Land Office
may issue a non-exclusive seismic exploration permit allowing seismic
exploration for oil, gas, and other minerals, as follows:
(1) The applicant seeking the seismic
exploration permit shall submit an application in a form designated by the Land
Office.
(2) The applicant seeking
the seismic exploration permit shall remit an application fee.
(3) The applicant seeking the permit shall
remit a per net mineral acre fee to conduct seismic exploration.
(b) The seismic exploration permit
shall allow the applicant to conduct seismic exploration for a period that does
not exceed ninety (90) days.
(c)
The seismic exploration permit shall not prohibit or delay the Land Office from
conducting a public auction for the lease of minerals underlying the tract of
land permitted.
(d) The seismic
exploration permittee shall pay the surface lessee and/or the Land Office, as
applicable, damages caused by seismic operations.
