Okla. Admin. Code § 390:1-1-3 - Organization
(a) Composition of the
Council is established in 70 O.S., Section 3311. Members shall meet at least
quarterly or more often as the business of the Council demands. The members shall
serve until their successors have been appointed.
(b) The Council shall elect a Chairman and
Vice-Chairman from among its members during the last regularly scheduled meeting
of odd numbered years.
(1) The Chairman and
Vice-Chairman shall serve a term of two (2) years, beginning on January
1st of the calendar year immediately following an
election.
(2) Vacancies in the
position of Chairman or Vice-Chairman shall be filled by election. The elected
member shall assume the duties of the vacant position immediately, for the
remainder of the unexpired term.
(3)
Members may serve two (2) consecutive terms in each office, not including any
unexpired terms for which the member was elected.
