Any person affected by a rule and regulation promulgated and
adopted by CLEET, or the lack of a rule and regulation may petition CLEET to
promulgate, adopt, amend or repeal the rule pursuant to 75 O.S. Section 305 and
in accordance to this section.

(A) The proposed amendment, promulgation, or
repeal of a specific rule or regulation.
(B) The reason for the petition to repeal,
promulgate, or amend a rule or regulation.
(C) The effect that the repeal, amendment or
promulgation of a rule or regulation would have on the petitioner.
(2) The petition must be in writing,
signed by the petitioner and submitted to CLEET or its Director.
(3) To be considered at the next CLEET meeting
the petition must be submitted and received at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the scheduled meeting. If said petition is received less than fifteen (15) days
prior to the next scheduled meeting, the petition will not be considered until
the Council reconvenes.
