Okla. Admin. Code § 429:30-1-4 - Agreement
The Executive Director will develop a legal document with the assistance of the Office of the Attorney General. This document will serve as the legal, binding agreement between the person wishing to exclude themselves and the OLC. The SEP Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") shall be presented to and approved by the Board of Trustees, and any amendments thereto shall be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval.
