Okla. Admin. Code § 450:75-3-7 - Fees
(a)
Application Fee. Fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be submitted with the application.
(b)
Renewal Fee. Fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be submitted with the renewal application.
(c)
Late Renewal Fee. An additional twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be included with the renewal application if the application is submitted after the June 30 deadline.
