Okla. Admin. Code § 450:75-5-7 - Failure to comply
A Certified Problem Gambling Treatment Counselor who does not comply with the standards in 450:75-5-1 or 450:75-5-3 shall be guilty of unprofessional conduct and subject to disciplinary action.
