Okla. Admin. Code § 770:1-1-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this Chapter is to comply with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act, 75 O.S., Sections 302, 305 and 307; to publish the organization of the OklahomaVeterans Commission, the responsibility and authority by law placed on the Commission; and to clarify, identify and set forth the overall objectives of the veterans program in Oklahoma under existing law.
