Okla. Admin. Code § 475:10-1-12 - [Effective 9/14/2024] Filing of application

(a) All applications for registration shall be submitted for filing with the OBN and shall be accompanied by the appropriate registration fee and any required attachments.

(b) Any person or entity required to obtain more than one registration may submit all applications in one (1) package. Each application must be complete and should not refer to any accompanying application for required information.
