Effective 11-1-08, the authority to "adopt, amend, repeal, and promulgate rules as may be necessary to regulate . . . home inspectors" was transferred from the Oklahoma State Department of Health to the Construction Industries Board [see 59 O.S., § 1000.4]. [As of the cutoff date for the 2011 Edition of the OAC, the Department of Health had not yet revoked their rules regulating home inspectors in 310:276 and 310:110-5-6.] For additional information about this transfer, see Laws 2008, c. 405.
