Or. Admin. R. 177-092-0015 - General Game Description
(1)
Scoreboard is a sports betting game authorized by the Oregon Lottery Commission
that allows eligible players to purchase shares and place bets on sporting
events digitally. To purchase a share in Scoreboard, an eligible player places
a bet on a sporting event. The odds and prize associated with each bet amount
are disclosed to the player before the bet is placed. The Lottery determines
winning bets based on the official event results.
(2) In addition to this division of rules,
Scoreboard is subject to other applicable Lottery rules in OAR chapter 177. In
the event of a conflict, the specific Scoreboard rules in this division of
rules supersede the general rules.
(3) Scoreboard is governed by additional
terms and conditions and in-game rules on betting and pertaining to particular
sporting events. These are available to players on the mobile app or site and
upon request from the Lottery.
