Or. Admin. R. 340-102-0034 - Accumulation Time, Container and Tank Management Standards
(1) In addition to the requirements of
40 CFR
262.34, a generator may accumulate hazardous
waste on-site for 90 days or less without a permit provided that, if storing in
excess of 100 containers, the waste is placed in a storage unit that meets the
requirements of
40
CFR 264.175.
(2) A generator shall comply with provisions
found in 40 CFR, Part 262 and each applicable requirement of
40 CFR
262.34(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and
(f).
