The provisions of40 CFR 270.70to270.73, pertaining to interim status, are not included in the State's hazardous waste management program.

NOTE:State requirements applicable to existing hazardous waste management facilities are identified in rule 340-105-0010 and include provisions analogous to those of40 CFR 270.71and270.72.
