(1) CCOs shall maintain documentation of
rides denied and rides provided to members.
(2) The CCO shall retain the documentation on
NEMT service denials for 10 calendar years, even if the CCO, its brokerage, or
subcontractor that denied the service is no longer a Medicaid enrolled provider
before the end of the 10 years. The Authority may request this information at
any time during the 10-year retention period.
(3) The Authority may request and the CCO
shall provide other reports or information not specified in this
rule.
