Or. Admin. R. 411-425-0005 - Statement of Purpose
(1) The
rules in OAR chapter 411, division 425 prescribe standards, responsibilities,
and procedures for conducting an Oregon Needs Assessment (ONA).
(2) The purpose of conducting an ONA is to
assist the Department in addressing the following:
(a) Assuring an individual's strengths,
preferences, risks, and support needs are identified to inform the development
of an ISP.
(b) Providing access to
services paid by the Department to eligible individuals who have an assessed
need.
(c) Providing services to
eligible individuals at an appropriate service level based on the Department's
assessment of the individual's functional support needs.
(3) The rules in OAR chapter 411, division
425 are effective as of July 1, 2018.
