Or. Admin. R. 411-087-0330 - Employee Rooms
(1) Rooms Required.
The facility shall have an employee lounge and room(s) for conferences,
meetings and inservice training. This requirement may be met with a
multi-purpose room, but must be in addition to space required for
residents.
(2) Exceptions.
Facilities continuously licensed since January 1, 1992 shall be exempt from
section (1) of this rule unless otherwise provided by OAR
411-087-0010.
