(1) A center
shall require that the person bringing a child to the center remain with the
child until the child is accepted by staff.
(2) A center shall release a child only to a
parent or another person named and identified by the parent(s). The operator
shall verify the identification of any person, other than the parent, who picks
up a child.
(3) If a school-age
child arrives at or leaves the center without a parent, there shall be
arrangements in advance, in writing, from the parent(s) for the arrival and
departure times and what to do if a child has not arrived at the center by the
expected time.
