(1) All
Contractors for the Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker child care services program
shall establish a process by which families may present a grievance or
complaint regarding child care services.
(2) Records of all complaints shall be
maintained and the ELD must be notified in writing of all grievance and
complaints within ten (10) working days of receipt by the Contractor .
