Or. Admin. R. 471-010-0110 - Unemployment Insurance Disclosures
(1) The department is authorized to disclose
confidential information or records necessary to prepare for a pending hearing
to the extent necessary for the proper presentation of an Oregon Unemployment
Insurance benefit claim at a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge, once a
request for hearing has been filed.
(2) The department is authorized to disclose
confidential information or records necessary to prepare for a review arising
under a state or federal program administered by the department to a party or
agent of a party.
