Or. Admin. R. 575-065-0015 - Eligible Students
An eligible student is a former foster child who enrolls in an eligible institution of higher education as an undergraduate student not later than three years from:
(1) The date
the student was removed from the care of the State Dept. of Human Services
Child Protective Services Office;
(2) The date the student graduated from high
school; or
(3) The date the student
received the equivalent of a high school diploma, whichever date is
earliest;.
(4) The State Department
of Human Services Child Protective Services Office will confirm applicant
eligibility.
