Or. Admin. R. 581-020-0626 - Statewide English Learner Plan Grants and Investments

(1) The Department of Education may award grants and make other investments to implement the Statewide English Learner Plan.
(2) The Department of Education will establish a process for requesting for the grants and investments each biennium for which funds are available. The Department shall notify stakeholders of the request process and due dates, and make available necessary guidelines and application forms.
