Or. Admin. R. 690-086-0100 - Municipal Water Management and Conservation Plans: Applicability

(1) Municipal Water Suppliers are encouraged to prepare water management and conservation plans, but are not required to do so unless a plan is prescribed by a condition of a water use permit; a permit extension; or another order or rule of the Commission.
(2) Water management and conservation plans submitted in order to comply with a permit extension order issued after November 1, 2002, are subject to the requirements pursuant to OAR 690-086-120 to 690-086-0170.
