Or. Admin. R. 845-015-0150 - Service Refusal in a Retail Liquor Store
(1) A customer who meets the age and
identification requirements in ORS
471.130 has the right to
purchase alcoholic liquor in a retail liquor store.
(2) Despite section (1) of this rule, a
retail sales agent must refuse to sell alcoholic liquor to anyone who is
visibly intoxicated, and may refuse service to anyone who is disruptive or
abusive in a retail liquor store.
