(1)
All manufacturers of nonexempt prefabricated structures located in or being
shipped into Oregon shall register with the Division.
(2) Prefabricated structure plant
registrations shall be renewed January 1 of each year by submitting an
application for renewal of the manufacturer registration along with the renewal
fee.
(3) When revising or updating
the application for registration or renewal, the manufacturers under a
Division-approved compliance control program shall submit two copies of the
current compliance control manual for each manufacturing facility if there have
been any changes since the last submittal of the manual.
