Or. Admin. Code § 123-039-0040 - Ineligible Project Costs
The following costs are ineligible for reimbursement under the Program:
(1) Cost of purchase of
general purpose motor vehicles and other equipment not directly related to the
project; and
(2) Indirect costs
incurred by the applicant or a contractor.
