The ARPA Capital Projects Fund Broadband Deployment Program Handbook, dated August 2024, with the requirements and standards therein, is incorporated into and adopted as part of this division of administrative rules by reference and applies to the solicitation, review of applications, award and documentation of ARPA Capital Projects Fund Broadband Deployment Program grants. The handbook may be accessed online on the Department's website when the handbook is effective.
