Or. Admin. Code § 413-100-0110 - Eligibility End Date
(1) Foster Care.
Title IV-E foster care eligibility must end when a child or young adult is
discharged from foster care for any of the following reasons:
(a) The date the Department ceases to have
responsibility for the placement and care of the child or young
adult.
(b) The date in which trial
reunification ends at six months or no later than the last day of a court
ordered extension.
(c) The date the
young adult reaches the age of 21 years old.
(2) Prevention. The prevention eligibility
status for a child or young adult will continue to be effective until whichever
of the following occurs first:
(a) The last
day of the 12th month after the effective date;
(b) The last day prevention services are
provided; or
(c) The day before
placement if the child or young adult is placed in foster care.
