Or. Admin. Code § 414-320-0225 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Immunizations
(1) A certified ONB program must comply with
Oregon Health Authority's administrative rules (see OAR 333-0500040) relating
to the immunization of children. If a child is enrolled in a public or private
elementary school, immunizations are not required to be documented by the child
care facility.
(2) A certified ONB
program may provide care for children who are in foster care or experiencing
homelessness while parents/guardians are taking necessary actions to comply
with immunization requirements of the certified ONB program.
