Or. Admin. Code § 437-007-1115 - Barriers For Securing Log Loads
(1) Barriers used to secure loads must:
(a) Be at least 15 feet high.
(b) Be designed to prevent logs from striking
personnel as binders and wrappers are being removed.
(c) Have the barrier controls, if any, on the
release side of the unloading station and forward of the truck cab
guard.
(2) Barriers and
the area surrounding the barrier structure must be free of accumulations of
bark, mud and other debris.
