Or. Admin. Code § 603-007-0110 - Purpose
This division of rules provide requirements, criteria, and procedures for administering the Oregon Disaster Assistance Payment Program (ODAP) and utilizing funding appropriated to the Oregon Agricultural Disaster Relief Fund for the ODAP as described in 2021 Oregon Laws, Chapter 2. The purpose of ODAP is to provide financial assistance through a forgivable loan to Persons engaged in farming or ranching operations in the State of Oregon with lost Gross Farm Income in the calendar year 2021 due to a Qualifying Natural Disaster.
