Or. Admin. Code § 808-030-0020 - Course Requirements

(1) The course required in ORS 671.595(4) shall cover the subjects listed in OAR 808-030-0040.
(2) The course must be offered by a provider approved by the agency as provided in OAR 808-030-0030.
